This is an old JITB of SouthGate Michigan at the corner of Trenton Rd. And Dix Hwy. JITB has withdrawn from the Michigan market many years ago, so this architectural restaurant is one of the two houses I know. The other is in Allen Rd. And Goddard RD. It is in Taylor.

Hygen Road's Jack in the Box was demolished many years ago. Sheets are new buildings. In fact, this store was between the current blockbuster and KFC. I think there are still Midlothian buildings, and there are still Westbdom buildings near Marburn.

There's a 1971 Jack in the Box on the corner of Bellevue Way and Main in Bellevue, WA (I found a print announcement for the ceremonial opening in January 1971, from Jack in the Box to Jack in the Box. Some of them have been along the Colorado frontier so far. Some of them have been converted to good old burgers (especially in Lawland and Fort Collinze). Jack in the Box went away a few years ago, but it's certainly been brought back to prominence in Denver.

I saw some incomprehensible advertising during the Super Cap, so I decided to take a look at the Wikipedia page for JITB.

Apparently, the company lost out to the clowns in the 80s. In California, that was. It didn't work perfectly, so they returned it by 1986. That's all the facts I could find.
